Experiments show that when adding 3.5 micro fused white corundum powder to fill epoxy resin, the thermal conductivity of epoxy resin will increase with the increase of alumina filler. At this time, the filling ratio should be less than 37.5%. When D50 is 10 microns fused white corundum powder, the filling ratio can be increased to 80% and the thermal conductivity can be increased to 4.5 w / (m.k). The purpose of improving the thermal conductivity of insulating plates and other materials is achieved.
In addition, the fused white corundum powder has superior physical properties, high mechanical strength, high hardness, and good toughness. It plays a role in wear resistance and toughening of epoxy resin insulating materials.
