The whiteness of white Electrofused alumina

White aluminum oxide is a kind of electro-fused alumina. The raw material is pure whit calcined alumina. White Electrofused alumina blocks must be crushed by a jaw crusher and ground by a ball mill and then sorted into different models. The main factors affecting the whiteness of Electro fused alumina include:

        1. The original block of Electro fused alumina:

The white corundum block with high purity and fewer impurities, the produced grain size sand has high whiteness.

        2. Type of ball mill:

Generally speaking, the White Electrofused alumina produced by the porcelain ball mill has high whiteness, while the white corundum produced by the iron ball mill has the residue of metal balls and has low whiteness.

        3. Control of the production process:

The manufacturer’s quality control measures have an impact on the whiteness of white corundum.

White Electrofused alumina grains from Haixu Abrasives adopt first-grade white corundum blocks. Our technicians make strict control of the production process. All of them use porcelain ball mills with a whiteness of not less than 85, which is suitable for the production of various abrasive products.

Here is the whiteness test result of HAIXU White Electrocorundum Grit F120, F150, F180:
