White fused aluminum oxide for Vapour Blasting

The fused aluminum oxide blast media is always for fast blasting operation. The high hardness of about Mohs 9.0 makes it work efficiently for rust removal, surface roughening, and surface cleaning. White fused aluminum oxide is a pure blasting media and Ferro-free material. Generally, it blasts in a dry blasting way. In the meantime, it can blast for vapor blasting.

In outdoor blasting operations, it needs to avoid dust in the air.  By adding water to the blasting can, the dust gets down on the floor directly. Although white aluminum oxide grain always gets good particle uniformation, tiny particles will spray in the air after several times of use. So for some particular applications such as blasting on bricks outside and wood blasting indoors, it has to be a vapor blasting way.

White fused aluminum oxide grain ranges from F8 to F220. All specifications are suitable for vapor blasting according to the customer’s needs.
