White fused aluminum oxide 15-20um for wet sandblasting of silicon wafer
After slicing silicon wafer, sandblasting treatment can remove the oxide layer and improve the flatness. The commonly used sandblasting method is wet micro-sandblasting. The blasting media for this application is white fused aluminum oxide 15-20um powder.
White fused aluminum oxide powder is finely processed from fused alumina, with uniform particle size and high grinding efficiency. At the same time, WFA 15-20um powder is dried through overflow precipitation. Thus, it has good fluidity without agglomeration or clump.
