Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Q: Are the White fused alumina grains you get is produced from a Tilting furnace or a Fixing furnace?
A: Our White electrocorundum grains F8-F220 are produced from fixing furnaces. Fixing furnace White fused alumina is of higher toughness and more durable.
Q: What is the content of Na2O of your White electrocorundum grains?
A: We have normal Sodium White electrocorundum grain and low Sodium White electrocorundum grain. Normal WFA grain Na2O content is max. 3% which is lower than most competitors. Low sodium WFA grain Na2O content is max.0.1%.
Q: Do you have a MOQ of White electrocorundum grain?
A: Generally no limit of MOQ. Even 25kgs(1 bag)is ok for us. But the logistic cost will be higher than normal.
Q: How do you make quality control on White electrocorundum before delivery?
A: We will check the quality of white fused alumina including chemical content, particle size distribution, milling toughness of white fused alumina, Bulk density of white fused alumina, the whiteness of white fused alumina, etc.
