White Aluminum oxide A-A-59316 Type I abrasive material for blasting
Product Introduction of White Aluminum oxide A-A-59316 Type I abrasive material for blasting
White Aluminum oxide A-A-59316 Type I abrasive material for blasting is selected from fully smelted and crystallized white fused alumina fixed furnace materials. It is produced through processes such as crushing and screening. The particle size range of white corundum used for sandblasting is strictly controlled to keep the abrasive particle size within a certain range. After sandblasting, a consistent surface roughness is produced. White aluminum oxide has good toughness, strong grinding ability, and good self sharpening ability. When sprayed onto the surface of sandblasted workpieces, the workpiece is hit by the impact force of the airflow, resulting in dents. The passivated sandblasted surface is beneficial for maintaining the grip of subsequent paint spraying. White aluminum oxide abrasive material also have the advantages of high sandblasting efficiency and utilization rate.
Product Feature of White Aluminum oxide A-A-59316 Type I
1. The microhardness of white aluminum oxide is 20.58GPa, the Vickers hardness is 2200-2400kg/mm2, and the Mohs hardness is 9.0. Can be sandblasted on most metals, cast steel parts, cast iron parts, non-ferrous metal alloy materials, chromium, manganese, tungsten, molybdenum metals, glass, and other non-metallic materials.
2. White aluminum oxide blasting media has strong grinding ability and high sandblasting efficiency. Due to its strong self sharpening property, it will not cause burning or oxidation on the sandblasted surface.
3. White steel jade can also be directly used in fields such as grinding and polishing, surface treatment, sandblasting and rust removal. It can be used in dry and wet sandblasting, surface polishing, surface treatment and passivation before spraying.
4. The purity of white steel jade alumina is high, and the main crystal phase is alpha phase alumina. Less impurities, low magnetic content, and no chemical residue will be generated after sandblasting. It can be used for sandblasting of mechanical components in the fields of medicine, aviation, and food.
