Product Introduction of WFA F150 for Epoxy Floor coating
WFA F150 (White Fused Alumina F150) is a high-performance white wear-resistant filler specially designed for epoxy floor coatings, made from high-purity fused alumina with an Al₂O₃ content of over 99%. It complies with the FEPA F150 standard, featuring a fine particle size of approximately 75–106μm, clean white color, uniform grain distribution, and extremely high hardness at Mohs 9. When added to epoxy systems, it greatly improves the wear resistance, compression resistance and anti-slip performance of the floor, effectively resisting forklift rolling, heavy impact and long-term friction. With strong chemical inertness, it is acid and alkali resistant, oil repellent and non-yellowing, ensuring long-term cleanliness in harsh environments such as chemical plants, food and pharmaceutical facilities. The fine particle size of F150 enables the coating to achieve a smooth, even surface with consistent gloss, combining excellent mechanical strength and aesthetic appearance. Compared with fillers such as quartz sand, it has higher purity, fewer impurities and a whiter color, which extends the service life of the floor and reduces maintenance costs. It is mainly used in epoxy flooring systems for industrial workshops, warehouses, parking lots, clean rooms and other places with high requirements for wear resistance, cleanliness and appearance.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer of white fused alumina. HAIXU Abrasives has white aluminum oxide manufacturing experience of 22 years. We produce WFA section sand, WFA grains, WFA powder, etc.
Q: Are the WFA grains you get is produced from a Tilting furnace or a Fixing furnace?
A: Our WFA grains F8-F220 are produced from fixing furnaces. Fixing furnace WFA is of higher toughness and more durable.
Q: What is the content of Na2O of your WFA grains?
A: We have normal Sodium WFA grain and low Sodium WFA grain. Normal WFA grain Na2O content is max. 3% which is lower than most competitors. Low sodium WFA grain Na2O content is max.0.1%.
Q: Do you have a MOQ of WFA grain?
A: Generally, there is no limit of MOQ. Even 25kgs(1 bag)is ok for us. But the logistic cost will be higher than normal.
Q: What substrate is the WFA grain blasting for?
A: WFA grain works well for Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, glass, acrylic, etc.
Q: What is the lead time of FCL WFA grain?
