99.99% Nano Aluminum Oxide Powder
99.99% nano-aluminum oxide powder is chemically synthesized and features high α-phase alumina, high purity (99.99%), good sintering activity, small primary crystal size (100nm), small particle size (~150nm), and narrow distribution. Compared with ordinary alumina, it can be sintered at a lower temperature, with a true density of nearly 3.9 g/cm³ at 1350℃ and reaching 3.96 g/cm³ at 1500℃.
