20 Grit White fused Alumina is an anti-slip material additive to many industrial products. It is made of 99% aluminum oxide powder as raw material, which is refined and crystallized by electric melting (thus white corundum is also called fused alumina and white fused alumina). The white aluminum oxide blasting media produced by our factory has high purity, low impurities, low sodium content, uniform particles, and high whiteness.

Product Feature of 20 Grit White fused Alumina
- Whiteness: The whiteness of aluminum oxide should be above 80. So the Al2O3 powder will not affect the color of the wear-resistant glue.
- Fluidity: Since alumina powder needs to be added to the glue, it needs to have good fluidity. The acid pickled and suspension Treated aluminum oxide powder has fewer impurities, so it has better dispersibility and fluidity.
- Anti-slip: There are many kinds of aluminum oxide on the market. Raw industrial alumina powder, calcined alumina powder, and fused alumina powder are all available from many resources. F polyurethane screed, white fused aluminum oxide produced by high-temperature melting process has obvious advantages. Fused aluminum oxide has the characteristics of high hardness (Mohs hardness 9.0) and high wear resistance.
- High-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance: The refractory temperature of fused aluminum oxide is high. It will not melt even at a high temperature up to 1850 degrees. It has strong chemical stability and does not react with strong acids.
- Particle size consistency: Good particle size distribution will help wear-resistant powder and the suspending agent scatter in the glue evenly.
- The particle size of fused aluminum oxide: the particle size of the white aluminum oxide micro powder is about 80-30 microns. The commonly used mesh sizes are F150, F180 F220, F240, F280, etc.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer of white fused alumina. HAIXU Abrasives has white aluminum oxide manufacturing experience of 22 years. We produce WFA section sand, WFA grains, WFA powder, etc.
Q: Are the WFA grains you get is produced from a Tilting furnace or a Fixing furnace?
A: Our WFA grains F8-F220 are produced from fixing furnaces. Fixing furnace WFA is of higher toughness and more durable.
Q: What is the content of Na2O of your Electrocorundum 25А?
A: We have normal Sodium Electrocorundum 25А and low Sodium WFA grain. Normal WFA grain Na2O content is max. 3% which is lower than most competitors. Low sodium WFA grain Na2O content is max.0.1%.
Q: Do you have a MOQ of Electrocorundum 25А?
A: Generally no limit of MOQ. Even 25kgs(1 bag)is ok for us. But the logistic cost will be higher than normal.
Q: What substrate is the Electrocorundum 25А blasting for?
A: WFA grain works well for Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, glass, acrylic, etc.
