F46 grit white electrofused alumina
Product Introduction of F46 grit white electrofused alumina
F46 grit white electrofused alumina is an excellent raw material for abrasive tools. Bulk density is an important factor for bonded abrasive and vitrified abrasive wheels. The high bulk density of white fused aluminum oxide helps to make high-quality wheels. The white fused alumina F grit could be used for bonded abrasives such as cutting wheels, grinding wheels, vitrified grinding wheels, whetstones, etc. White fused alumina is made by a process of high-temperature melting aluminum oxide method in a fixing furnace. It is of excellent self-sharpening properties, good toughness, and aggressive grinding ability.

FAQ
Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer of white fused alumina. HAIXU Abrasives has white-fused alumina manufacturing experience of 22 years. We produce White fused aluminum oxide section sand, grains, powder, etc.
Q: Are the White fused alumina grains you get is produced from a Tilting furnace or a Fixing furnace?
A: Our White fused alumina grains F8-F220 are produced from fixing furnaces. Fixing furnace White fused alumina is of higher toughness and more durable.
Q: What is the content of Na2O of your white fused alumina grains?
A: We have normal Sodium WFA grain and low Sodium WFA grain. Normal WFA grain Na2O content is max. 3% which is lower than most competitors. Low sodium WFA grain Na2O content is max.0.1%.
Q: Do you have a MOQ of WFA grain?
A: Generally no limit to MOQ. Even 25kgs(1 bag)is ok for us. But the logistic cost will be higher than normal.
Q: How do you make quality control on White fused alumina before delivery?
A: We will check the quality of white fused alumina including chemical content, particle size distribution, milling toughness of white fused alumina, Bulk density of white fused alumina, the whiteness of white fused alumina, etc.
Q: What is the lead time of FCL White fused alumina?
A: Generally 7-10 days after receiving the deposit.
