  • Product Feature of Electrocorundum F80 for sports court paint
  1. High hardness: Mohs hardness 9.0. Sharp grain edges keep long‑term anti‑slip performance and resist polishing under frequent athlete shoe friction, outperforming common quartz‑sand fillers.
  2. Chemical inertness: Neutral high‑purity Al₂O₃ grain does not react with resin binders. It resists UV ageing, rainwater, acid‑base contaminants and avoids yellowing or discoloration of coloured court coatings for outdoor use.
  3. Good resin compatibility: Clean‑screened F80 grains mix smoothly into paint systems. It works well in roller‑applied, trowel‑coated or spray‑applied court coatings with low risk of nozzle clogging.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer of white Electrocorundum grain and powder. HAIXU Abrasives has white aluminum oxide manufacturing experience of 22 years. We produce WFA section sand, WFA grains, WFA powder, etc.

 

Q: Are the WFA grains you get is produced from a Tilting furnace or a Fixing furnace?

A: Our WFA grains F8-F220 are produced from fixing furnaces. Fixing furnace WFA is of higher toughness and more durable.

 

Q: What is the content of Na2O of your Electrofused corundum grains?

A: We have normal Sodium WFA grain and low Sodium WFA grain. Normal WFA grain Na2O content is max. 3% which is lower than most competitors. Low sodium WFA grain Na2O content is max.0.1%.

 

Q: Do you have a MOQ of Electrofused corundum grain?

A: Generally, there is no limit of MOQ. Even 25kgs(1 bag)is ok for us. But the logistic cost will be higher than normal.

 

Q: What substrate is the Electrofused corundum blasting for?

A: WFA grain works well for Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, glass, acrylic, etc.

 

Q: What is the lead time of FCL WFA grain?

A: Generally, 7-10 days after receiving the deposit.
