White Aluminum Oxide F100, also known as white fused alumina, is a high-purity refractory and heat-resistant granular material. Produced by high-temperature electric melting of high-grade alumina raw materials, it features stable chemical composition and low impurity content.With outstanding high-temperature resistance, high melting point and excellent structural stability, it can withstand long-term extreme heat environments.F100 uniform grain size ensures good bulk density, air permeability and structural compactness for refractory products. This material owns great corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and thermal shock resistance, not easy to crack or peel under rapid temperature changes.It is commonly applied in high-temperature thermal insulation layers and industrial thermal barrier fields to avoid impact and volume deformation by high temperature.WFA is also a key raw material for refractory castables, furnace lining materials, high-temperature kiln components and heat insulating material.
Product Feature of High Quality WFA F60 Abrasive Grain for Vitrified Grinding Wheel:
- The melting process is longer than ordinary white fused alumina. The low Na2O white alumina gets more fully crystallized crystal.
- Low Na2O content with max.0.2% and max.0.1%.
- Higher density than ordinary WFA. So it get better refractory performance.
- Higher toughness. It is suitable for making high quality abrasives wheels to increase lifetime.
