White Fused Alumina Micropowder Introduction
White fused alumina micropowder was made from the high-quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al2O3. The white alumina produced in titling electric arc furnace has the advantage of high bulk density and low porosity and good volume stability and thermal shock resistance. As a most common used corundum in the abrasive industry, White fused alumina has a long history in applications because of its high hardness, good self-sharpening advantages. By adopting high-quality grade materials, strict quality control system, developed production technology, HAIXU’s white fused alumina get a high purity, stable quality and good distribution.
The white fused alumina micropowder from Haixu Abrasives are acid-washed and get water pickled, by this process, the white fused alumina powder is with better purity and better grit size distribution.
White Fused Alumina Micropowder Characteristic:
Haixu abrasives white fused alumina micropowder for polishing has outstanding features including small crystal size, impact resistance. By ensuring the excellent purity, HAIXU Abrasive’s product works very extraordinary well at sand blasting and raw material for abrasive tools. Users will get a multi-recycle experience and more durable performance.
